It's coconut shrimp, but it's a bit curried. There were a few spices that went into it that I'm not used to using, but overall it was delicious and a very good first attempt at the recipe.

mmm... coconut shrimp
For Christmas, my inlaws gave me an Asian cookbook with some fantastic recipes in it - last night I finally got around to making one of the dishes:
It's coconut shrimp, but it's a bit curried. There were a few spices that went into it that I'm not used to using, but overall it was delicious and a very good first attempt at the recipe.
