A few days ago I made more marshmallows - except this batch I cut them into smaller pieces, and dipped them into chocolate!
Surprisingly, the white chocolate ones taste better than the milk chocolate ones... very awesome combination!

I used this recipe and the mixer I got for my birthday from DH. It just looks so awesome, although it won't entirely set until tomorrow, which is when DH and I can officially dive in and pig out. But in the meantime, we licked the mixing bowl and whisk, and it was so decadent.
I totally recommend making homemade marshmallows at least once in your life before you die. It's so good. But you do need that mixer to make it. If you don't have one handy, don't let that prevent you from trying some.... by all means order some homemade marshmallows on etsy from the talented bakers here. It's worth it.
